Service

Aviation Data API provides worldwide aviation data (METAR/TAF and stations) sourced from official sources. Data is for informational use only and may be delayed or outdated. Do not rely on it for flight-critical decisions. For flight planning and operations, always obtain current official data from authorised aviation authorities.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the API (e.g. excessive requests, scraping beyond rate limits). Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the service provider. EU consumers retain mandatory consumer protection rights under their country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
